From the pastures to the table
Cheese and kajmak come down from the summer pastures above, lamb is roasted under the sač, and the pastry is stretched by hand each morning — the way it has always been done on these slopes.
Breakfast is served on the terrace facing the valley. In the afternoon the kitchen turns to the grill and the roast, and in the evening the restaurant keeps late hours, often with live music at weekends.
